Equipment Overview:

   The testing machine is mainly used for the drop hammer tear test of pipeline steel and medium-thickness plate ferritic steel, that is, DWTT test。The testing machine integrates mechanical, electrical and automatic control technology to realize the full automatic process of feeding, lifting, impact, fracture sample collection and grasping。In addition, the testing machine is equipped with multiple protection measures, which greatly improves the safety of operators and equipment use。This machine is a test instrument commonly used by pipeline steel manufacturers, large steel mills, iron and steel research institutes and other enterprises and scientific research units。


Main functions:

Main features:
1: Equipped with a specially designed anvil replacement tool, anvil replacement is simple and convenient。
2: The programmable controller of Siemens is equipped with touch screen control, which has the advantages of high reliability, strong anti-interference ability, versatility, adaptability, expansibility and small maintenance workload。
3: With automatic sample delivery, automatic positioning function, easy to operate, high efficiency。
4: The frame structure is adopted, and the bottom plate and top plate are connected by 4 columns。The bottom plate is made of solid steel plate, which fully ensures the stability of the testing machine during impact。
5: The hammer body is made of high-strength monolithic steel plate processing, high impact strength, will not be due to the use of casting defects and fracture。
6: The use of chain lifting hammer, compared with the ordinary wire rope, the chain elasticity is small, so that the height measurement is more accurate。And the chain has high strength, is not easy to wear, and is safer than the wire rope。
7: The testing machine grab hammer device is a specially designed self-locking device, grab the hammer and then self-locking, under the action of gravity will not happen, accidental power will not open, high safety。
8: With a fully closed protective net and multiple safety protection devices, fully ensure the safety of test personnel。
9: Intelligent control system, which can alarm the following failures: sample failure, hammer head not self-locking failure, protection device failure, hammer head lifting failure。
